Policies

**Please read the FAQ section carefully to determine whether or not you are a good candidate for these procedures. If upon arrival we determine that you cannot go through with a procedure because of a condition listed in the FAQ section, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding your ability to have a procedure done, please feel free to contact me before booking an appointment.**

 

 

1) RESULTS

Microblading results are extremely dependent on how you heal and varies with each client. Successful results are NOT guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) and additional sessions, at a minimal charge may be required to achieve desired results. Although premium products are used and quality services are provided, every client heals differently and many factors can affect the finished result.

I do not guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as some bone structures and muscle movements do not call for it. The final shape and color is ultimately YOUR decision, and the microblading procedure will not start until you decide on it. All services provided are non-refundable.

Chemical Peel – Not everyone will experience peeling of their facial skin. However, this is not an indication that the peel was ineffective. If peeling does not occur please know that you are still receiving all the benefits of the peel, such as: stimulation of collagen production, improvement of skin tone and texture, and diminished fine lines and pigmentation.

2) DEPOSIT

A $100 deposit is required to book and confirm your microblading appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of the service. A 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you elect to cancel or reschedule without 48 hour prior notice.

3) BALANCE

Remaining balance is due before your service begins. This secures your touch up appointment 6-10weeks following your initial service.

4) TOUCH UP

Included in the microblading procedure is a one 1 hour touch-up session which must be booked no sooner than 6 weeks, and no later than 10 weeks after your initial session. You will forfeit your free touch-up if you elect to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment and a minimum charge will apply in order to reschedule. If you elect to book your touch-up appointment after 10 weeks, there will also be a minimum charge and additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on the time frame of your last appointment.

5) PUNCTUALITY

I strongly encourage my clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and deposits will be forfeited and cancellation policies may be enforced.

6) CANCELLATIONS

Please allow a minimum of 48 hour (1 week for out of town clients) notice when rescheduling your appointment. Deposits/payments are non refundable if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule less than given time.

7) EXTRA GUESTS

Due to the nature of the detailed service, I kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Please no family, friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and pets allowed.

8) PRIOR WORK

I am extremely selective when working over other artist’s work and cannot guarantee results. You must send a clear photo of your eyebrows, and it must be approved prior to booking your appointment. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before beginning the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional touch-ups for best results and will be charged accordingly.
